Our objective is to provide a consistent quality and layout to promote the Somerfield
brand in a consistent manner; whilst working on driving cost to contribute towards
an overall reduced store price.
the brief
The 'Lab Store Roll Out' consists of over 273 stores, half of which ADM
have an involvement with. They involve cosmetic uplifts including specific decorations,
minor shelving alterations, and door signage changes.
the result
Works are undertaken with the store fully operational, minimising any disruption. Good working relationships and communication with the store managers, and centre, ensure that the desired works are completed to the entire satisfaction of the client.
