The Burford Warehouse Conversion
The Brief
The transformation of an existing dilapidated Industrial Warehouse into modern, multi occupation, high spec office and distribution centre. High quality finishes were of paramount importance to this client.
The Solution
The works included the removal of all existing cladding back to the existing structure, the reformation of the foundations, strengthening of the floor, reforming of the envelop and the creation of internal offices. New services and external works were also included within the scope.
The Result
The provision of a modern, state of the art facility with high spec internal offices. The client was suitably impressed with the way in which ADM had managed the process in an effective manner as to enable timely delivery of the facility within acceptable budget guidelines.
