The brief
The construction of an individual, high spec retail outlet and Cafeteria within a rural environment utilizing existing slab and substructure. Unit to combine urban and rural detailing. High quality finishes were a high priority to this client.
The solution
To provide a brick and profile clad steel frame structure with storey height customer areas allowing flexible use of space and scope for planned expansion. Use of varied internal and external cladding systems provided both speed of operation and a mix of styles to suit the clients brand image.
The result
The provision of a modern multipurpose facility completed on time and within budget. High spec finishes and attention to detail exceeded client expectations and provided an enjoyable shopping environment for the customer.
