All projects with this client fall under the heading of a framework agreement. We work to agreed Service Level Agreements where all works will be completed within agreed timescales and within strict budget constraints.
The brief
To provide reactive and planned maintenance works both on a regional and a national basis. This varies from 2 Hr Emergency Call Outs to Quarterly period planned maintenance works.
The result
ADM provide maintenance cover to 50 multi-use health and racket clubs and have a dedicated delivery team providing Help Desk support and in house delivery. ADM provide reactive and planned maintenance services relating to all building works, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm installations, together with landscaping and external works.
