The brief
To manage, co-ordinate and ensure the successful completion of major refit and or re-branding projects which generally involve, general building works, alterations to M&E installations, replacement of refrigeration, sales floor shelving, checkout and kiosk installation together with re-decoration, graphic and signage.
The result
The critical success of these projects revolves around the phased working
and close co-ordination of all parties to ensure that trading can continue
throughout the contract period. This is possible as a result of ADM’s almost
intuitive understanding of the specific needs of retail projects.
Communication and a flexible approach are significant factors in
achieving successful project delivery.
