The relationship
All projects with this client fall under the heading of a framework agreement. We work to agreed Service Level Agreements which all works will be completed within agreed timescales and within strict budget constraints.
The brief
To provide reactive and planned maintenance works both on a regional and a national basis. This varies from 2 Hr Emergency Call Outs to Quarterly period planned maintenance works.
The result
ADM provide maintenance cover to 211 stores and have a dedicated delivery team providing Help Desk support and in store delivery. ADM have been providing maintenance solutions to Wilkinson’s for over 8 Years and have a proven track record in delivering excellence
