The Design & Build of 2no. Two storey Retail Outlets together
with an independent walkway serving 5no. kiosk market outlets. All works were
carried out within a restricted occupied market square with minimum disruption
to the trading of existing store and shop owners. Safety to the public was of
paramount importance.
A close partnership between ADM and Somerfield has been a key element
in enabling a series of high volume Roll Out, to produce ongoing projects ranging from
minor, make-overs, through refurbishments and conversions, to major re-fits of
Somerfield and KwikSave retail stores to be achieved on a national basis.
Flexibility and extensive knowledge of the customer's expectations and retail
environment has allowed ADM to tailor its working practices to allow stores to
continue trading with minimal closure and disruption
Partnerships with a number of Regional National Health and
Primary Care Trusts have been made to undertake specific building refurbishment
projects, in addition to providing an on going pro-active and reactive maintenance
service to both improve and ensure the provision of service provided.
The refurbishment of student accommodation, various faculties
and minor building works have been carried out for the University of Wolverhampton
. Tight control of the programme and phasing of the works was essential to ensure
the facilities were maintained as functioning units throughout the project
A full reactive building maintenance service is provided
to a number of leading retail organisations such as Wilkinson, Focus and Wickes.
The service is tailored to suit individual requirements, including an emergency
call out service.
